Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Microblading.

Microblading typically lasts between 12 and 24 months depending on skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. A 6โ€“8 week initial touch-up is recommended, with annual refreshers to maintain color and shape for the best long-term results.

Most clients report only mild discomfort. We apply a topical numbing cream before and during the procedure to minimize pain, making the experience comfortable. Communicate any concerns and our technicians will adjust technique to ensure your comfort throughout.

Ideal candidates seek fuller, well-shaped brows, have realistic expectations, and are in good health. Individuals with certain skin conditions, active infections, pregnancy, or specific medications may be ineligible; a consultation will determine if Microblading is right for you.

Avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, and excessive caffeine 24โ€“48 hours before your appointment. Stop retinol or strong exfoliants a week prior and avoid tanning. Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. We will discuss shape and perform a patch test if needed.

Keep brows dry during initial healing, avoid sweating, saunas, pools, and makeup over the area. Apply recommended ointment, expect light scabbing and fading, and follow all post-care steps. Schedule your 6โ€“8 week touch-up to perfect and prolong results.

Corrections and color adjustments are often possible during a follow-up session. For full removal, laser or specialized removal techniques are options but require multiple sessions. Book a consultation to review corrective approaches tailored to your needs.
